Principle Definition:
Superset—The grouping of two exercises together for opposing muscle groups.
For Biceps & Triceps
Biceps curls and triceps pressdowns are a good one to start with. Do a set of biceps curls (straight, curved bar, machine bars or with dumbbells) then immediately put the weight down and do a set of machine triceps pressdowns (using a rope in front of you or bent over and extending over and out from your head or you can use any of the various steel bars).
The key is near-zero rest time between your last of rep of curls to your first rep of pressdowns. That’s why it’s a wise idea to bring your biceps curling weights as close to the triceps pressdown machine, so you minimize any delay between exercises.
