1. Build Your Foundation -- Most people working out didn't take the time to build to build their body foundation the right way. We will change that and give you the strong foundation for a lifetime of results.

I will show you how to get out of any rut, any sticking point, and any plateau by using specialized workouts, exercises, techniques, mental strategies and targeted rest, recuperation and nutrition strategies used by the greatest world champion bodybuilders and fitness athletes. You will then be able to move past any rut, any plateau or any sticking points with quickness and ease whenever they pop up.
6. You will now be ready for the real fun things...like how to put serious size on your arms in as little as 7 days. Or how to add 60 or more pounds on your squat, deadlift or bench press in weeks. I've used these techniques for decades and in the first two years of working out, I put on 35 pounds of muscle in the first 12 months and I then put on another 30 pounds of muscle in the next 12 months. That's right. In just 24 months, I put on 65 pounds of muscle (and a LOT of strength and size) naturally.
