💻 DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Courses, Programs, Downloads)
Because digital products grant instant access to proprietary content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for downloadable fitness programs, courses, or PDFs.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction — if you experience any issues accessing your content, please reach out to our support team. We’ll make sure you're taken care of.
📦 PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If you purchase apparel, supplements, or equipment from our store:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please email a photo and your order number to support@bobwolfffitness.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve it immediately.
⚠️ Unauthorized Returns
We do not accept returns that are shipped without prior approval. Any items returned outside of policy guidelines may not be eligible for a refund.
